The New Year
Date: 01/21/2002　　weather: sunny
　　Today is the first day of winter vacation. The Chinese New Year is coming. We will go to Grandmother's house for the new year. Dad has worked in Japan for a month. I'm happy that he will be back tomorrow.
　　Mom went shopping for food and presents. I took Lucy and Annie to the library. We read books all the afternoon. About 5:00 P.M., I was hungry. We bought hamburgers.
